Meet Marsha Riggs

Marsha is a retired National Board Certified public school Teacher of the Deaf and Hearing Impaired. She is also a former Speech/Language Pathologist. She is able to communicate through sign language and, in addition to many other tasks, assists with hearing testing for children. She enjoys cooking, oil painting of any subject and handcrafts of all kinds. Many of her paintings are displayed in our offices.
